从古至今(时间维度),纵观人类财富的变迁史,共同探讨财富千年的内在机理、观点逻辑。

本课程研究方向:
在过去一千年来,全球最富有的50。目前仍然在世的,包括身家过360亿美元的汶莱苏丹陛下哈志哈山纳柏嘉,以及当今世界首富比尔-盖茨。有6名是中国人,出现时间前后横跨800年,他们分别为成吉思汗、忽必烈、和绅、太监刘瑾、清商人伍秉鉴、宋子文。

美国的《福布斯》杂志每年都要推出她的全球富豪排行榜。此次入围《富布斯》榜单的亿万富翁共有691人,资产总和达了2.2万亿美元。富翁最多的地方是纽约,然后依次分别是莫斯科、旧金山、伦敦和洛杉矶。从整体上看,富翁们分别来自47个国家,而冰岛、哈萨克斯坦、乌克兰和波兰的富翁今年是第一次进入该榜单。
除香港外,尽管前60名中没有一个来自中国内地,但是却有3个俄罗斯人和4个印度人进入。不过亚洲的统计可能不具代表性,因为他们通常都是家族式发展,而《福布斯》看重的是个人。
相比而言,榜单上的女性比较少,《哈利-波特》小说的作者JK-罗琳就以519,000,000美元的资产排名620位。新入选榜单的富翁包括网络搜索巨头Google的创建人布琳和裴基,在他们公司的股票上市后,他俩每人的财富都超过了70亿美元。意大利最富有的人是总理贝卢斯科尼,他在这次全球财富排名中排到了第25位。

2009胡润百富榜(全榜单)日前在北京公布,王传福 、张茵家族、许荣茂家族为列前三甲。这些富豪如何积累财富,他们如何消费,他们的奋斗史如何,让我们共同走进中国的前100名富豪。
榜单显示,“胡润百富榜”排名前十二位的富豪分别是:王传福(350亿)、张茵家族(330亿)、许荣茂家族(320亿)、杨惠妍(310亿)、黄伟、李萍夫妇(300亿)、刘永行(300亿)、卢志强 (300亿)、朱孟依(300亿)、王健林(290亿)、刘忠田(280亿)、杨严彬(280亿)、张近东(280亿)。
特点解析:此次2009年胡润百富榜共有7名企业家首次挺进前10位。65上榜企业家在国际金融危机下财富突破100亿,1000上榜企业家财富过10亿
今年的上榜企业家平均年龄为50岁,比美国或欧洲现在地位相当的人年轻15岁,而且财富增长速度更快。有94位上榜富豪年龄在40岁以下。有65位上榜富豪财富突破100亿元,最年轻的白手起家的百亿富豪包括36岁的陈天桥和方威,38岁的马化腾、丁磊和丁世忠。
今年共有102位上榜女富豪,以张茵、杨惠妍和陈丽华为首,占财富总数的10.2%。中国女富豪人数占世界上白手起家的女富豪前十名的一半多。
上榜的1000名富豪中,偏好居住在上海和北京的最多,分别为90位和87位。深圳以65位排名第三,杭州60位,广州38位,温州25位,成都23位,香港22位,南京21位,东莞20位。
挺进前十名的企业家
王传福以财富350亿元成为2009年中国首富,其财富较去年增加了290亿元,排名从去年的103位上升到今年的第1位。比亚迪2002年在香港主板上市,43岁的王传福拥有27.83%的股份。2008年,巴菲特宣布将以18亿港元认购比亚迪10%的股份。比亚迪是新一代“绿色汽车”的领导者,正好顺应了“科技”、“环保”、“创新”、“新能源”全球之势。

张茵家族以财富330亿元排名第二。张茵于2006年成为“胡润百富榜”第一位中国女首富。过去一年,玖龙纸业可谓经历了一次起死回生,52岁的张茵去年10月份财富缩水到20亿,今年9月迅速增长为330亿元。玖龙纸业生产的大部分包装用纸是销售给国内出口商的,因此张茵的财富受对出口行业预期的变化影响较大。
黄伟、李萍夫妇以财富300亿元排名第五,较去年上升了23位。50岁的黄伟和他的妻子李萍拥有新湖中宝71%的股份,其股价在过去一年中从4.7元升至12.5元,涨幅265%。低调的黄伟、李萍夫妇都不在新湖集团拥有正式职位,这在中国民营企业中是非常罕见的。新湖集团目前是浙江省最大的民营房地产开发商之一。
卢志强以财富300亿元并列排名第五,较去年上升了15位。今年9月,58岁的卢志强以27.55亿元的价格收购了联想29%的股份,成为联想控股的“三当家”。卢志强在业内有“资本猎手”之称。除集团房地产主业外,民生银行、民生证券、海通证券等金融机构这些年来都成为了卢志强的“猎物”,卢志强也因此近些年来在金融投资领域取得了丰硕的成果。
严彬以财富280亿元排名第十,较去年上升了47位。55岁的严彬于上世纪80年代在泰国创立了华彬集团,从事物业、旅游和贸易。经过10年的发展之后,严彬回国投资,将泰国知名保健饮料——红牛带到了中国。严彬在北京建造了华彬国际大厦。除此以外,北京最知名的高尔夫球场华彬庄园高尔夫也是由华彬集团于本世纪初投资建造的。
刘忠田家族以财富280亿元并列排名第十,较去年上升了66位。今年5月,45岁的刘忠田率领忠旺集团登陆香港联交所,首次公开发行成功募集资金114亿港元,在当时成为2009年全球资本市场募集资金数额最大的首发。忠旺集团主要为交通运输领域生产工业铝型材产品,是亚洲最大、全球第三大工业铝型材产品制造商。

Through the two companies, Li is world's largest operator of container terminals, world's largest health and beauty retailer by number of outlets, a major supplier of electricity to Hong Kong, and a real estate developer. His second-largest holding: Canadian oil firm Husky Energy, which cut spending by almost a third for 2009. Charitable foundation recently raised $510 million by selling 40% of its stake in Bank of China. Avid golfer plays almost every day; sank his 15th hole in one in September. Poor immigrant sold plastic flowers in Hong Kong in the 1950s. Eldest son, Victor, helps him run businesses; son Richard struck out on his own in early 1990s and is a billionaire in his own right.
